{"id":1654,"date":"2016-05-12T08:00:42","date_gmt":"2016-05-12T08:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thewachs.com\/wachsacrossamerica\/?p=1654"},"modified":"2016-05-19T15:14:06","modified_gmt":"2016-05-19T15:14:06","slug":"presidential-debates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thewachs.com\/wachsacrossamerica\/2016\/05\/12\/presidential-debates\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidential debates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The night after we visited the capitol in DC one of the kids had the idea that they should all write presidential speeches. \u00a0I figured they&#8217;d go to bed and forget about it but they worked on them in bed and the next morning they wanted to present their speeches. \u00a0So, ladies and gentlemen, I welcome you to this forum of presidential nominees and invite you to consider the ideas spoken here when you cast your vote.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Our first speaker of the morning is Brielle Wach (<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/N5a3s56EoTc\">video<\/a>):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I am the presedent, everyone gets free cookies every friday, there for every one has to thank me. \u00a0and I thank you for wanting to eleked me. \u00a0all the poor get food in cans from some of you. \u00a0holfully everyone is nice to the poor. \u00a0the poor may hafe to eat out the trash can if they don&#8217;t have some food from everyone. \u00a0I love people who care for the poor.*<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Miss Wach also presented a handout entitle &#8220;LAWS&#8221;. \u00a0The contents of said handout is provided below*:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do not J-walk<\/li>\n<li>Do not steel<\/li>\n<li>must be safe<\/li>\n<li>do not shoot enyone<\/li>\n<li>keep pets on leash<\/li>\n<li>Hold on to some one wile kroosing road<\/li>\n<li>Stay together<\/li>\n<li>never give up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thank you Miss Wach! \u00a0Your passion for safety and helping\u00a0the less fortunate will make you a great leader of our nation.<\/p>\n<p>Our next candidate is Dacen Wach (<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/RXceMJxzDPs\">video<\/a>):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Hello ladies and gentlemen. \u00a0I am running for President. \u00a0My name is Dacen and I am part of the Dacen Party. \u00a0I am a great guy to be the President of the USA. \u00a0You have the choice to elect me. \u00a0But if you don&#8217;t it will be a major bummer&#8230;for both of us. \u00a0You should elect me because I have an awesome super power, and that is <em>wisdom<\/em>. \u00a0But, I can&#8217;t do it myself. \u00a0I also have an awesomer super power which is God! \u00a0Together we can change the world. \u00a0Yeah! \u00a0Please choose me. [after the video stopped he did a mic drop].**<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>There is no doubt why the Dacen Party chose Dacen as their candidate. \u00a0With both an awesome and an awesomer super power he is well suited to leading this country. \u00a0Thank you Mr. Wach.<\/p>\n<p>Our final candidate is Caden Wach (<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/MPwsvqCx9D4\">video<\/a>):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Thump thump. Is this darn thing on? Squeal!!! Oh there we go. Umm. Hello. I&#8217;m Caden Wach. And umm I&#8217;m here today because this family needs a dictator! Our world is so fragile and it needs someone to hold it together for us. You all are here today because you need someone. Someone for the people! I am that someone! When I&#8217;m dictator your lives will be so much easier. No hard decision making, no thinking of all the stuff you have to do. And if you vote for me, well, let me just say, great things are in store for you. You will be one of my favorites. So. You are here today for a choice. This is your choice. You can make this family better. You can choose me for I speak for the people! And remember voting for me will make you one of my favorites. And if you don&#8217;t&#8230;.
